This morning we'll be landing at Istanbul Ataturk Airport in Turkey and will then transfer to the Four Seasons Istanbul in Sultanahmet to check in.We plan to drop our bags and then head out immediately for a long day of sightseeing. We probably won't post to the blog again until this evening but we'll try to tweet a few times.

I am sure you will enjoy your time in Istanbul, one of the great cities of the world!
Please don't forget to visit Yerebetan Saray (the underground "palace") which was the cistern during Roman times. Fascinating, cool and unique.
And, have a Raki and some manta on me!

We're hoping to get to the cistern tomorrow before joining the Odyssey. We'll see how much we can squeeze in before 2pm!
